Pay ₹25,000 per person to reserve your slot. This amount is fully adjusted against your final package cost—it is not an additional charge. After your visa is approved, you only pay the remaining balance.

Once your slot is confirmed, our team will get in touch to verify your details and immediately coordinate with our partners in Japan to secure your travel dates and begin planning your experience.
Visa Process & Balance Payment
We will then begin your visa application with complete end-to-end assistance. Once your visa is approved, the remaining package balance is payable within 4–5 working days.
Travel Confirmations
Upon receiving the full payment, your flight tickets will be issued within 48 hours. Hotel confirmations, attraction tickets, transport details, and all travel vouchers will then be shared with you phase-wise as your departure date approaches.
